Recommendations were insightful and genuinely helpful, guiding us through the culinary journey with effortless grace. Every request was met with promptness and a genuine smile, contributing significantly to a truly seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

The undisputed star of the show was the Ancho Ribeye. A majestic 500g cut, cooked medium-rare as requested, it arrived with a beautifully charred exterior that gave way to a perfectly pink, juicy interior marbled with just the right amount of fat. The flavour was profound – rich, beefy, and utterly melt-in-the-mouth, requiring minimal seasoning to shine. Each slice offered a testament to the quality of the meat and the skill of the grill master. Accompanied by a trio of dipping sauces, though frankly, the steak needed no embellishment.

Truffled Mac & Cheese
To accompany our magnificent steak, we opted for the Truffled Mac & Cheese. This indulgent side dish was a symphony of creamy, cheesy goodness, elevated by the earthy aroma and delicate flavour of black truffle. The pasta was al dente, coated in a luscious, bubbling cheese sauce, and the truffle infusion was present without being overpowering, adding a sophisticated depth to a classic comfort food. A truly decadent pairing for the robust steak.
